When you first contact us about scheduling an appointment, our team will take the time to ensure that your first visit is as informative and fulfilling as possible. We will ask about the nature of your appointment (whether you need help with a dental emergency or a typical checkup), when your last cleaning took place, where our physical location is, and whether you’ll be using insurance so that we can determine your estimated benefits beforehand. We will also confirm the appointment with you the day before you’re scheduled to arrive. Once you arrive at our office, you’ll meet our friendly team members and Dr. Cocco in person and receive the revitalizing, patient-focused care you need to enjoy a healthier, more confident smile.
Dr. Dina Cocco is an out of network dental provider. If you and your family currently have PPO Network dental insurance plan, this means you have out of network coverage, and your insurance company will help pay for your visits at our office. Our talented team members know all the ins and outs when it comes to maximizing your available benefits, and they’ll personally handle all the necessary paperwork themselves. We’ll also be sure to go over all your estimates of coverage before any actual treatment begins so that you have a good idea of what the cost to you will be.
