Dear Patients of Dina Cocco D.D.S.,

In my last letter to you I highlighted that my patients and staff’s health and safety are my primary goals. My office follows strict sterilization and disinfection guidelines for our instruments and treatment rooms. In addition to our standard practices, we are now disinfecting all common areas hourly and asking all patients to use hand sanitizer upon entry.

The Michigan Dental Association has contacted all MDA members to encourage us to cancel all preventative and elective appointments for the next two weeks in an effort to help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to conserve personal protective equipment for hospitals and medical offices who may need them. I will be in the office to care for patients who are in pain and experiencing dental emergencies.

My staff will be reaching out to you to reschedule your appointments. I will have a support staff member in the office everyday to answer the phones, if you do not connect with someone right away please leave a message and my staff will return your call.
